Shopping List:
8 ounces of spaghetti
3 cups spaghetti sauce
1 lb. ground beef
8 ounces small curd cottage cheese
4 ounces sour cream
1-2 cups mozzarella cheese
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook spaghetti noodles. Brown meat. Drain. Combine the sauce and cooked meat. Mix the cottage cheese and sour cream in a small bowl. Layer the bottom of a 9x13 pan with noodles. Spread the cottage cheese/sour cream mixture over the noodles. Top with meat mixture. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. (Sometimes I sprinkle a little on the bottom of the pan before adding the noodles) Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!

It is so good & freezes so easily. Since spaghetti usually comes in 16 ounce packages, it is convenient to make one pan to eat for dinner and one to freeze for the nights when you really don't feel like cooking!
Phew...first "blog hop" experience was painless! Check out Kelly's Blog for links to LOTS of yummy recipes! This whole blog hop thing could be a new weekly event! Only time will tell...of course it is HIGHLY unlikely that I will be participating next Friday considering we will have a 1 day old little miracle girl that we will be a little preoccupied with! Every time I think about the fact that this time next week I will be a mommy, my heart melts!
