shower time fun

While I was in the shower yesterday, Madelyn said she wanted to rest.

When I got out of the shower, I went to her room to see if she was still in her bed. She wasn't there. Checked the living room, no Madelyn. Guest bathroom, no Madelyn. Kitchen, no Madelyn. Play house, no Madelyn. Play room, no Madelyn. I had my camera in my hand because I wanted to get a picture of her snuggled up in her bed resting since I am not brave enough to do that when she is actually asleep. Instead, I looked in the guest room and saw her on the bed.

She was singing to herself. It was so sweet.

And then she was on the move. She still didn't see me yet, so I didn't say anything to her. I just watched as she opened the closet and started going through her DVD collection. She was throwing them over her shoulder left and right saying, "You are not Rapunzel. You are not Rapunzel. You are not Rapunzel. Oh, where are you Rapunzel?"

By this time I was laughing so hard. 

We don't even own Tangled yet but she has been missing getting to see it on Netflix apparently. This is her second shower time escapade this week.

And then she heard me laugh.
