We went outside Wednesday afternoon for about 37 seconds before we left for church so that Madelyn could crunch her feet in the snow/ice on our back deck. It was slick and hard, but she loved the sound it made under her feet.
It's kind of hard to believe we have had a snow covered yard for five days. Some parts are melted, but our back yard has remained covered. I am sure that it will be gone tomorrow as the temperatures begin to rise, but we have loved it none the less.
