dye 'em and eat 'em

Gigi and Great Granny spent the afternoon dying eggs with Madelyn. She was in heaven. Anything hands on is right up her ally. Messy too? Even better.

Each time she was given an egg, she just plopped it in to the water. Gentle was not in her vocabulary. Gigi and Great Granny were laughing so hard at Madelyn's egg dying techniques.

I am not sure how, but they all turned out bright and beautiful!

She was so animated the entire time. So many faces. So many laughs from all the adults watching.

I am not sure if the eggs or her hands ended up more colorful. 

She knew exactly what to do with them once they were finished. Crack, peel and eat them of course.

She really seemed to enjoy them at first.

Or maybe she didn't?? Haha!

We had such a fun afternoon of dying eggs and of course many laughs.
