For the fun of it, I put Madelyn in her "going home" dress today...
She looked super cute and filled it out so much more than the first time she had it on. This picture is from October 6, the day we brought Madelyn home from the hospital.
I want to pause time...it seems like she is growing so fast and changing so much every day. A few things I want to remember about this 6th week of Madelyn's life:

I want to pause time...it seems like she is growing so fast and changing so much every day. A few things I want to remember about this 6th week of Madelyn's life:
- We officially moved up to size 1 diapers
- Madelyn loves to watch the mobile on her swing (if she will let us put her down long enough to sit in it)
- She is starting to have 3-4 times a day where she is awake for hours at a time
- She enjoys sitting in her bouncy seat at Grandma's house
- She still loves her music and it helps keep her calm at night

What a journey - I'm so proud of you and Luke and all of your sweet family. She is such a doll and we so appreciate you sharing the journey with all of us.
ReplyDeleteAnd when I see her little face next to your picture on the blog, it's like seeing baby Kathryn (with some cute little Luke thrown in)!
Love, Nancy
